The Department of Community Mental Health White Plains Safety Net Clinic provides comprehensive outpatient mental health services for adults in the community. Our clinic is committed to engaging individuals in their recovery and supporting them to achieve great stability, wellness, and connection to their community.
The clinic offers trauma-informed, person-centered outpatient mental health care for individuals 18 years of age and older. Our culturally responsive services are designed to support recovery by building on individual strengths, goals, and lived experience. The Safety Net Clinic accepts Medicaid and private insurance, in addition to serving uninsured individuals, ensuring access to care regardless of ability to pay.
Services are provided in accordance with New York State Office of Mental Health Article 31 regulations.
